These terms govern the use of Betarctica by every registered player. By creating an account, depositing funds or claiming a bonus, the player agrees to the rules set out below. Where any section conflicts with a specific promotion’s own terms, the promotion’s specific terms take precedence for that offer alone.

1. Eligibility
